Hobart HSM40 - 40 Litre Floor Standing Mixer With Timer, Bowl, Beater, Whip & Hook - The HSM40 is a tough 40 quart mixer suitable for most operations & manufactured with the latest anti-corrosion features & fitted with a timer as standard. The bowl guard does not need to be removed to add extra ingredients, a bowl shute in stainless steel is provided, & a bowl truck is available for easing the movement of heavy loads. This unit is also capable of accepting 20 & 30 quart accessories for smaller batch production & added flexibility.
