Able to cook up to 15 potatoes and display up to 15 potatoes simultaneously using convection cooking, this oven allows convenient, front-of-house operation thanks to its low power requirements and handy access to its bain marie cavity. Independent controls allow the user to reduce running costs during quieter hours.
