Robust, efficient and economical, the heavy duty Lincat Opus 800 Steel Griddle utilises a large steel cooking area that retains heat for longer, allowing for continued use with minimal loss of excess heat. Built tactically for the varying demands of the commercial kitchen, the griddle features two independently controlled heat zones to reduce wasted energy during the less busy periods of the day. A large 48mm drain hole keeps surplus fat draining during use, with an impressive 2.5ltr collection bowl beneath that will not require emptying frequently and as a result gives your staff more time to dedicate themselves to other duties.
