Offering an expansive cooking area with independent heat zones that can be equally switched on or off to deal with rises and dips in demand, resulting in an more efficient kitchen with reduced running costs. A large drain hole collects fat to avoid interruptions during cooking whilst a heightened splashguard prevents spillages onto other kitchen machines and surfaces.
