Hamoki EGG-24SX Gas Countertop Griddle Dual Control

The Hamoki Gas Countertop Griddles are versatile and stylish cooking appliances, designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.

These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width. They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making them ideal for cooking various foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

The griddles feature smooth, wide, flat cooking surfaces, made of stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, standby pilot for easy start, these appliances are designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.

Additional Information: Configured for a natural gas (NG) connection by default - can only be converted to LPG gas by a qualified Gas-Safe registered COMCAT Engineer (CONVERSION KIT INCLUDED).
