Using specialised heat distribution that tailors to the pan size you choose to use you are given precise control of the level of warmth generated - from low simmers to flash fries, drastically reducing the risk of food being overdone. Brilliant as a standalone cooker or alongside other Opus cooking appliances, this countertop unit can also be fitted with an optional floor stand (not included).
