The station offers four separate storage areas. The gantry section provides two shallow shelves - easy-access space for quickly grabbing ingredients or condiments without having to move between stations.

The main worktop provides a generous 1800x600mm prep area. And at it's made from stainless steel, it's hygienic, easy to clean and highly durable. Underneath, the steel undershelf provides even more storage space for utensils or cookware. The undershelf also adds extra rigidity and strength to the whole prep station.
